DevAI by Data Science Summit is an event for people involved in software development who want to stay up to date with trends and implement modern AI-based solutions. This is a unique conference dedicated to developers, supported by the largest Polish *data* community, which has been focused around the Data Science Summit for years.
An accompanying event is DevAI Expo - a job fair, products and services related to the conference theme.
At the event, you will meet and listen to the best specialists from Poland and abroad.
The event takes place in parallel with Ya!vaConf 2023. By registering on DevAI by DSS you get access to the presentations of both conferences.
For years we create events and propagate knowledge of AI / ML area - now we have prepared a special agenda showing how developers can implement AI solutions even without knowledge of machine learning.

DevAI by Data Sceince Summit is a conference for developers, architects, DevOps, testers and anyone involved in building software who wants to implement the latest artificial intelligence-based solutions.
DevAI by Data Sceince Summit is primarily a a high quality content conference in the field of IT security. The conference is also accompanied by a number of other elements and attractions, including:

DevAI by Data Science Summit will have both stationary and online formats this year. On the first day (Friday, 8th of December), the conference and Expo will be held online, in the participant's account on a dedicated platform. The second day (Saturday, 9th of December) will be held stationary at the MINI Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology - there you will also be able to listen to all the speeches from the onsite paths and visit the stands of stationary exhibitors. The elements of the event, including individual online and onsite occurrences, are completely independent and separate from each other. Onsite content is not available to online participants and vice versa. Only participants of the online + onsite packages receive access to the entire event.
In this case, the stationary part of the event will take place at a different date or online - for which, if necessary, we are fully prepared.
In the Agenda, next to each lecture, there is information in what form it is presented - Online Live, Online VoD or stationary (in this case, the room number is given). In addition, next to each path there is information about the form in which it is implemented.
Lectures are conducted in Polish or English. Information on the language of individual speeches is available in the Agenda.
All live online and onsite Main Stage occurrences will be recorded. Recordings of live speeches, like all recordings made available in the VoD model, will be available in the participant's account for 3 months after publishing the recordings.
We usually provide recordings up to 2 weeks after the conference. We always inform you about this by e-mail.
Access to all VoD presentations and recordings of speeches that were presented live is granted for 3 months from the date of publication of these recordings.
In the case of speeches broadcast live online, it will be possible to ask questions to the speakers in live chat. In the case of VoD speeches - in the comments section under the recording of the lecture. During the stationary part, after each lecture, we have prepared a round tables session, where you will be able to ask questions and talk directly with the speaker after his speech.
You can register until the day of the event or until the seats are exhausted (the number of tickets in individual pools and packages, both for the online and onsite part, is strictly limited).
Yes, it is possible to purchase packages entitling you to access VoD recordings after the event. However, these packages do not include gift bags and other benefits offered to participants during the event, and the time limit for access to VoD recordings is 3 months from the date of the event/publication of recordings, not from the date of purchase.
In registration, select the "I am buying for several people" option, and then select the appropriate number of packages (one package for one person). After paying for the order, you will receive invitation codes, which should then be given to the people for whom the tickets are to be intended. online event and will be able to download a personal invitation entitling to enter the stationary part. In order to create an account, you must go through the registration process, providing the invitation code received from the person who paid for the ticket in the first step. After entering the code from the invitation, the price of the relevant package will be reduced and the person will be able to create an account in the selected package without incurring any costs.
The discount code can be used to register on the website https://devai.dssconf.pl/registration.html. At the first step of registration, at the bottom of the page, select the option "I have an invitation code", and then enter and confirm the code. After confirming the code, the prices of the packages under which the code is valid will be reduced accordingly.
It is possible to issue an invoice with a deferred payment date. After placing the order and completing the registration, write an email to aleksandra.prychitko@fundacjaap.org.pl. Since this service is completely manual, a handling fee of PLN 49 is charged.
A personal invoice for a private person is issued for each order. A VAT invoice for an entity conducting business activity is available only after selecting the "Buy for a company" option when choosing a package.
The title on the sales document (regardless of the selected options) is "Participation in YavaConf conference". If you need to add additional annotations to the sales document, you will find a field for entering them during registration.

In the case of T-shirts from the Standard package and T-shirts and sweatshirts from the VIP package - they will only be collected in person at the event. In the case of any additional options (t-shirt, sweatshirt) purchased separately - it will be possible to pick it up at the event or send it to the address indicated in the registration.

The stationary part of the event (conference, DevAI Expo) will take place in the center of Warsaw, in Faculty of Mathematics and Information Sciences of the Warsaw University of Technology, Koszykowa 75 St., 00-662. All online elements of the event (access to live broadcasts, VoD recordings, live chat, virtual exhibition hall DevAI Expo) will be available to logged in users on a dedicated platform.
The event takes place from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The exact start and end times of individual elements and speeches on a given day can be checked in the Agenda.
For participants of the Standard and VIP packages, lunch is available as part of the selected conference package.
Yes, each conference participant receives a personal certificate confirming participation in the event. The certificate will be available for download after the event in the Participant's Account.
No, to enter the DevAI Expo you need to register and download a free pass (Expo package available in Registration). During the stationary part of the event, tickets are checked at the entrance. In turn, to participate online, you must have an active account, which you will create when registering.
The exhibitors' stands will be located in the corridor next to the presentation rooms and will be available online (access after logging in to the User Account).
Participants of selected packages, Exhibitors and Speakers of the event can take part in the afterparty.
